NICK TALAM (Head Chef)

Growing up in Sydney. From a young age Nick chased his passion for food working in the kitchens of Jamie’s Italian, ATTICA (Melb), ROCKPOOL (Syd), NOMA (Copenhagen) and throughout London before returning home to Sydney in 2017. As Head Chef of Darlings Bistro in Rozelle, he brings a wealth of experience and European technique.
